Charikar City (BNA) Several insurgents and civilians were killed following civilians and religious scholars’ deadly attack on Taliban group in central Parwan province.
The clashes took place the other day during funeral ceremony of Mullah Abdul Shakor the shadow deputy governor of Taliban for Parwan province, while the militants chanting slogans against government in Sayed Khail district of the province.
A member of provincial council in Parwan told BNA correspondent, the slogans of Taliban militants reacted by civilians and religious scholars, in which three insurgents and a civilian were killed and several others were wounded.
Meanwhile, spokesman of Parwan governor says, several suspected were arrested by police personnel in the case.
