Kabul (BNA) President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and US Secretary of State John Kerry talked on telephone the other day. During the talks, John Kerry congratulated the peaceful power transition to the president and also thanked him over inking defense and security agreement. US Secretary of State also said that he would visit Afghanistan in a proper time in near future. President Ahmadzai said that a bilateral framework to be prepared to ensure the fair utilizing of US assistance to Afghanistan. The president also called for accelerating US cooperation with Afghanistan. John Kerry said he would issue necessary directives to USAID in this regard.
