Kabul (BNA) Zabul police forces have seized dozens of weapons during the operations, and handed over to weapons collection program.
The weapons were seized during the recent 5 month from the districts and capital of the province from armed irresponsible people, criminal groups and armed Taliban.
Gen. Mirwais Noorzai police official of Zabul told BNA, the weapons was collected since March (Hot) month.
He added, at this stage, they handed over 111 heavy and light weapons including PK, Kalashnikovs and pistol to arms collection program in the province.
Mohammad Anwar Eshaqzai Zabul governor praised Afghan security forces for ensuring security and collecting the weapons from irresponsible people.
