Kabul (BNA) 14 armed insurgents led by Mullah Tofan joined to peace process in Balkh district of Balkh province today.
Temor Shah Paez governor of Balkh said to BNA, Commander Mullah Tofan with his 14 supporters were joined to peace process.
These militias submitted their arms as well.
According to Balkh governor, with joining of these militias to peace process, security ensured in 40 villages and vicinities of Balkh and Charboldak districts of Balkh province.
