Ferrozkoh (BNA) A commander of Zafar 207 army corps with his solider was killed and four others wounded in Taliban attack in Ghoor province yesterday.
Abdul Hai Khatebi governor of Ghoor province told BNA, Lt Shoaib Bakhshi commander of 207 army corps who went for opening way of Pasaband district to Ferozkoh center of Ghoor province, lost his life in a mortar mine planted by armed Taliban.
According to him, four national army soldiers were also wounded in the incident.
Khatebi added that armed Taliban had been closed Pasaband, Feroozkoh way for a week and efforts continue to reopen the way.
