Ten Armed Oppositions Killed In Paktika

Kabul (BNA) At least 10 insurgents were killed following a clearing operation carried out by Afghan National Army in Paktika province.
National Defense Ministry press office spokesman told BNA, the operation conducted by Afghan National Army aiming to clean the province from existence of armed rebels, in which 10 Taliban militants were killed and some others wounded.
Some weapons, ammunitions and war equipment have been seized following the operation by security forces, source added.
Also, Afghan National Army during their routine missions discovered and detonated 11 anti-vehicle mines placed by enemies of Afghanistan for destructive and terrorist activities in different parts of the country.
According to another report, four Afghan National Army soldiers were martyred following road side mine explosion.
Ministry of National Defense confirmed the martyrdom of the soldiers, but said nothing about the exact location of the incident.
