Recent Air Raids Leaves 9 Rebels Dead In Helmand

Kabul (BNA) Nine armed oppositions were killed during latest air attacks carried out by Afghan air forces in southern Helmand province.
The Taliban militants have been targeted and killed when they were involved on organizing a series of terrorist activities in Lashkargah city the provincial capital of the province.
Senior commander of Afghan National Army in the south of the country told BNA reporter, 9 anti-government militants were killed and their several hideouts have been demolished during the raids.
Meanwhile, Afghan security forces by discovering and confiscating 4 round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent bloodiest incidents in Helmand province.
The mines had been planted by Taliban militants in crowded areas of the province.
