Kabul (BNA) Twenty-two armed militants were killed in recent clearing operation conducted by ANA forces in outskirts of Faryab province last night.
Defense ministry press office said BNA, the operation conducted by ANA forces aiming to clean the sites from existence of armed militants in the outskirts of Ghoormach district, Faryab province, 22 militants were killed and 35 others wounded along with a quantity of explosives and ammunitions.
According to another report, another operation conducted by ANA forces in the outskirts of Almar district, Faryab province, six militants were killed and two others wounded.
