Kabul (BNA) International valid documents of the UN, foreign ministries, members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and all countries and media organizations of the world have reached to this fact that root of most of terrorist incidents from Kabul – Bombay – Darul Salam, Chechen, Xinxiang – New York is in Pakistan.
Pakistan has changed to a safe haven for the wicked insurgents of the world and notorious leaders of terrorist groups are in safe homes of ISI working and planning terrorist attacks as well as hold regular sessions to organize their affairs and appoint their leaders. Presently, dozens of terrorist groups that are in blacklist of the UN are openly operating in Pakistan and have full support of the country’s intelligence network ‘ISI’.
Pakistan: an epicenter of producing ideology of suicide and killing of others: in Pakistan, the number of madrasas, centers and welfare organizations that are promoting Islamic fundamentalism, Saiful Islam, suicide and killing of the followers of other religions reach to 10,000 led by the country’s mullas and mawlanas who are living under protection of ISI and remnants of Gen. Ziaul Haq. Pakistan; an epicenter of nurturing international wicked and notorious figures: more than 200,000 terrorists from various countries of the world have been nurtured and trained in terrorist centers in Pakistan during the past 40 years as most of leaders of terrorist groups have received experiences and benefited from safe havens of ISI.
Pakistan military intelligence is responsible for killing of Afghans: most of known Afghan figures have been killed inside and outside of Pakistan by ISI or its mercenaries. In the past few years, a number of Taliban leaders who had violated redline of mafia principles of ‘ISI – Taliban’ have been secretly killed. Pakistan government and its mercenaries have perpetrated heavy crimes in Afghanistan: Pakistan is the main facotr of current deadly tragedy particularly during the continued undeclared war by Pakistan as the country’s interferences in internal affairs of Afghanistan are considered as pretext and reason of western and eastern military interferences.
During the past four decades, millions of our countrymen have been killed, injured, disabled and displaced and our country faced with billions of US dollar loss as well as most of the country’s areas in particular the capital have been destroyed. Pakistan’s continued undeclared war and ongoing violence in the country are the main obstacle for development. What can be done against all such crimes and increasing the undeclared war in the country? End of the undeclared war by Pakistan and reaching to peace cannot be achieved easily, but we should fight for it. Afghanistan is the victim of Pakistan’s continued undeclared war and increasing violence: based on verdicts of the United Nations’ charter, the victimized government should declare it has been invaded. Therefore, Afghanistan government should urgently that file and submit crimes’ document caused by Pakistan’s continued undeclared war to the United Nations Security Council and International Criminal Court. (ICC) The Afghanistan government should suggest that the UN should review the situation and declare Pakistan as epicenter of international terrorism based on verdicts of seventh chapter of the UN charter and based on principle of ‘the co existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression, and implement sanctions on Pakistan government for supporting terrorism in the region.
Afghanistan government should share facts of victimization of the country and its people with EU member countries and make effort towards creating international consensus in this regard. Moreover, it is necessary that the Afghan government should seriously work with members of UNSC, neighboring countries and big powers of the region such as China, Russia and India to discuss ongoing issues in Afghanistan and consequences caused by terrorism in the region. Leaders of national unity government should fully make effort towards reaching the goal as it can be achieved by grabbing national interests, defending the country and integrity of Afghanistan and fully support of the people.
