In Farah; 65 Taliban Fighters Killed in Last Two Nights

Farah City (BNA) At least 65 armed oppositions were killed during separate clashes with Afghan security forces within the last two nights in western Farah province.
Noorulhaq Khaliqi spokesman of 2nd infantry battalion in Farah told BNA correspondent, the clashes took place, when Taliban fighters stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in Pusht Roaud and Pusht Koh district of the province, which have faced with full resistance of Afghan security forces.
It is mentionable that 27 anti-government militias were wounded during the conflicts, Khaliqi added.
An Afghan security troop was martyred and two others were wounded as well.
Some heavy and light weapons belonged to the terrorists have been seized by Afghan security forces during the clashes.
