Kabul (BNA) As it is anticipated Gen. Dostum who has been launching a military operation in Faryab province to consolidate the government ruling in the area, has concluded the Taliban armed militant’s presences with the mobilization and support of the local people who have harassed as a result of the terrorisms.
The Taliban armed militants with their local partials have been seized the significant parts of the Faryab province such as Qaisar and Almar districts. The Taliban have also captured certain parts of the Maimana area and they have founded their presences in the certain area of this region. It was imagined that the Faryab would be collapsed.
At the same time, Taliban have established secure supplying points which were attaching the Helmand with parts of the Ghor province, taking the control of the Ghormach area where they have initiated the destructive activities.
Taliban have planned to connect the Helmand province with the Turkmenistan’s borders. If the Helmand was connected with the Turkmenistan’s borders, Taliban would be able to establish new transit route, smuggling the drug and narcotics to be started the deals among the local people.
It is obvious they wanted to flourish these ugly social phenomenon’s in this province.
Moreover, the middle Asian security would also be in danger if their conspiracies are realized in these areas.
The Taliban’s presence in the Turkmenistan’s borders and other provinces which are connected with the Republic of the middle Asian would have enabled the Taliban to obtain benefits from the Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
Furthermore, the Taliban presence in the Turkmenistan’s borders were caused, taking certain action regarding the smuggling of the weapons and ammunition and would have dealt with the individuals who are involved in such transactions.
At the present time, with the coordination of the National Security Forces and the political and social support of Gen. Dostum, the Taliban presences have been weakened in this Faryab province.
So it is known that the Faryab has rescued from the collapsing threats and the security and stability situation are fully prevailing in this province.
It is the obligation of the National Security Forces to take the supervising control of the Ghormach and Balamirghab districts to consolidate the government ruling in this area.
The National security forces in the current years, have tolerated considerable victims during the continued combats against the Taliban armed militants in the various parts of the Afghanistan.
Therefore, the National Security Forces who have involved in the combats to prevail the security and stability situation in the Faryab province, should be appreciated by the National Unity Government and the afghan nations who are willing to live in a peaceful situation in this county.
Meanwhile the government should take serious action to maintain the permanent peaceful situation in Faryab. With the ensuring of the security, it would be possible to initiate the rehabilitation process in this province.
It is the obligation of the Afghanistan educational ministry to take practical actions to rebuild the school which were destroyed during the civil wars in the Faryab province. The office of the local organs should employ the honest and capable persons in the Faryab province, obtaining the local people trusts and support towards the national security forces and the government.
Gen. Dostum and his national movement forces, shall mobilize their forces to maintain a good ties with the local people, to support the government and the National Security Forces, in these cases, the local people would express their cooperation against the destructive activities which are conducted by the Taliban in this Faryab province.
