MAIMANA CITY (BNA) A top and dangerous commander of Taliban group was killed during air attack carried out by Afghan air forces in northern Faryab province yesterday.
Mullah Hafizullah known as killer commander while he was riding motorcycle targeted by Afghan air forces in Pashtun Koot district, Faryab province.
Senior commander of Afghan national army in north of the country told BNA correspondent, Mullah Hafizullah along with his a man was killed following an air attack conducted by Afghan air forces in relevant areas of Pashtun Koot district of the province.
Mullah Hafizullah was involved in martyrdom of hundred Afghan security personnel and dozens terrorist activities such as bombings in different parts Faryab province, the source added.
Mullah Hafizullah had led 100 members of Taliban fighters in north of the country.
Taliban group said nothing about the incident so far.
