Kabul (BNA) National defense ministry reported from killing of 36 armed militants in clearing operations carried out by ANA forces across the country.
Defense ministry press office told BNA, clearing operations carried out to eliminate armed insurgents in outskirts of Ghazni, Paktika, Faryab, Kunduz, Sar-e-Pul, and Helmand provinces, in which 36 insurgents lost their lives, 30 wounded and a commander of Taliban named Hayatullah was also arrested.
Quantity of heavy and light weapons, and military equipment’s were also seized by ANA forces.
Likewise, five ANA soldiers were martyred in explosion of a mine during their routine duties.
