Tourism, Pilgrimage Companies With No Documents To Be Revoked, Mostafavi Warns

Kabul (BNA) Assistant Prof. Sayeda Mojgan Mostafavi speaking with the representatives of the private tourism and pilgrimage companies said in order to prevent misuse of the irresponsible individuals, activities of private companies of tourism and pilgrimage, with no documents would be stopped, BNA reported.
In a meeting attended by 60 representatives of the private tourism and pilgrimage companies in her office, the deputy minister of information and culture on administrative, tourism and finance affairs assured them of meeting all their legal problems, but warned the move to prevent activities of all similar companies with no legal documents, According to the agency, Mostafavi promised to provide the private tourism and pilgrimage companies with share in term of transferring Hajj pilgrims, under a deal with the ministry of Hajj and Islamic Affairs. The deputy minister, based on their requests, also said that the ministry of foreign affairs should also be spoken about drawing more foreign tourists to the country, through the cooperation of the private companies, said the agency adding the private tourism companies’ demand for loans and extension of their work license from one year to three years would be considered. She also said supporting the private companies of tourism and pilgrimage by the ministry would provide thousands of youth with job opportunities, said the agency.
