Aibak (BNA) 80 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in Samangan province yesterday.
Mohammad Rafi Rahimi spokesman of Samangan security directorate told BNA, the drug have placed skillfully in 80 bags and wanted to smuggle it from Samangan to Baghlan province, discovered and seized by police in the entrance gate of Aibak city.
According to the source, a person has been arrested in the connection of the case.
According to another report: more than 60 kilograms narcotic drugs have been recovered and seized by police officials in Jawzjan province yesterday.
Director of security command in the province reported BNA, the narcotic drugs skillfully placed in gas balloon of corolla car and the smugglers wanted to smuggle the materials from Kabul to Jawzjan province, which discovered and seized by police forces in Shaberghan city center of Jawzjan province.
Two persons including the driver of the vehicle were arrested accused of the case by police.
Fight against narcotic drugs is the one of the major challenges of National Unity Government.
