Kabul (BNA) At least eight Afghan National Army soldiers were martyred and 9 others were wounded following a suicide attack in central Maidan/Wardak province late on Monday.
Ministry of national defense by releasing a statement reported that the incident took place while a suicide attacker exploded a truck packed with explosive material close to Afghan National Army’s convey in Dorahi Jaghato region, Sayed Aabad district of the province.
Eight Afghan National Army troops were martyred and 9 more were wounded following the attack, the statement added.
No group or individual has taken responsibility of the attack so far.
