No Foreign Facility Allowed Inside Afghan Territory, Karzai

Kabul (BNA) Establishment of military facilities alongside Durand Line followed harsh reaction of president Karzai and he categorically announced not to allow any alien to resort to such an act inside Afghan territory.
Recently, Pakistani forces by defying international laws and inter-governmental ties, established some military facilities on this side of the border which followed serious retaliation of Afghan people and armed services.
President Karzai warned that Afghanistan never allow anyone to establish military facility on this side of the Durand Line and in his recent remarks provincial Kunar governor Sayed Fazlullah Wahidi said that establishment of military facility inside Afghan territory isn’t acceptable to the people of the country.
Commenting on the topic, provincial Kunar governor Sayed Fazlullah Wahidi told media that Pakistani military forces intruded into Afghan soil and infiltrated nearly 300 meters and he vowed to retaliate to the move if the neighboring country didn’t halt its provocation behavior.
The confrontational move by Pakistani military forces followed serious retort of the Afghan people after Pakistani army resorted on construction of some illegal facilities in Goshta district of Nangarhar province and finally the Afghan forces reached limit of their patience and destroyed these barracks to prove that Afghans never bear invasion of their motherland.
Meanwhile, political commentators in the country believe that any kind of abnormal activities alongside the Durand line is clear invasion of Afghanistan and the people of Afghanistan never recognize the Durand Line as international border, because the Afghan nation believe that it was imposed on them in 1893 by the British India. Talking on the issue, Sahib Nazar Muradi an advisor to the first vice president told that Pakistani stakeholders persistently trying to bring the Durand line into discussion and added that neighboring countries to Afghanistan should respect international laws and shatters.
At the same time, Afghanistan ministry of foreign affairs has strongly rejected stance of the neighboring country with regard to the state of the Duran line and announced that it was imposed on the Afghan nation by the British colonial power ruling on the subcontinent in that era. Addressing a news conference here in Kabul, Janan Musazia, a spokesman to the ministry of foreign affairs of Afghanistan made it clear that the Durand line was imposed on the Afghan nation during the British rule over the subcontinent and Afghanistan never recognizes the Durand line as international border. Meanwhile, national of the country strongly denounce Pakistani invasion of Afghan soil and ask the government of Afghanistan to ask general public for help to give a neck-down answer to the Pakistani forces and ensure safety of this great land. Commenting on the topic, University student Ahmad Farhad said that over the course of history the Afghan nation proved that it was fully capable to safeguard their motherland from evil eyes and Pakistan should also keep in mind this historic fact. This came after the British colonial ruling over the subcontinent imposed the Durand line on Afghanistan and the since then the issue has been a disputable topic among both countries.
