Sheberghan (BNA) Ten armed Taliban were killed in a clash by security forces in Aqcha District, Jawzjan province last night.
Abdul Wahid Wejdan police chief of Jawzjan told BNA, the clash took place while Taliban stormed on a police checkpoint, which was faced with sever resistance of security troops, in which ten armed Taliban including a leader of them were killed and seven others have been wounded, said the source.
Two days ago, three armed insurgents were killed in a same attack in Faizabad District by police forces and quantity of weapons were seized by police as well.
