Kabul (BNA) A mine planter had been arrested by National Security Directorate personnel in Nangarhar province yesterday.
NSD press office reported BNA, Jalaluddin known as Burhan a notorious commander of armed rebels, who wanted to plant several mines in oil tankers arrested by National Security Directorate officials.
Also Sabhanullah resident of Khogyani district, Nangarhar province, who prepared by terrorist groups to carry out suicide attack before reaching to his aim arrested by National Security Directorate personnel.
According to another report, Amanullah a teenager resident of Shirzad district of Nangarhar province, who prepared by Jafar a commander of armed oppositions to launch suicide attack on director of National Security in the district, before doing the attack, surrendered himself for security forces.
