Kabul (BNA) In the last 24 hours, 66 armed insurgents were killed during the clashes with Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) in the country.
Ministry of Defense MoD Press Office stated BNA, ANSF led mopping-up operations with cooperation of air and artillery forces on Nangarhar, Laghman, Paktika, Ghazni, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Badghis, Herat, Ghor, Farah, Faryab, Sar-e-Pul, Baghlan, Kunduz and Helmand provinces killed 66 insurgents and wounded 47 others.
According to another report, two local commanders of armed Taliban have been killed during the special operation of ANSF in Lashkargah city of Helmand province.
