New Aid Package Arrived in Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA) Da Afghanistan Bank has declared that the Bank has newly received $32 million in cash from the World Bank.

The Central Bank of Afghanistan has declared in a press release that it has delivered the cash aid to Afghanistan International Bank (AIB).

The Central Bank of Afghanistan, while acknowledging the international humanitarian aid, says that it is necessary to deliver humanitarian aid to Afghanistan through the banking system.

The Central Bank of Afghanistan says it is working to strengthen relations with the World Bank and financial institutions and expects the international community to work together to facilitate banking relations with Afghanistan.

The International Community, in coordination with the United Nations Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), provides $32 million in cash once a week to the Central Bank of Afghanistan.
