Security officials arrested a Taliban insurgent while planting mine on a crowded areas of Hasaka Mina district.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, Taliban wanted with planting mine to organize a fatal terrorist event but fortunately not succeeded to their evil goal.
