New TV Channel TO Be Launched

Kabul (BNA) It is expected that a new television channel on tourism and health (supported by Video Motion Picture) would be launched soon with the support of the ministry for information and culture.
According to BNA, the deputy for publication of the ministry for information and culture, Seemin Hassanzada in meeting with the general director of the company (Video Motion Picture) exchanged views on launching the new television channel to broadcast on tourism and health, saying taking such step is recommendable. Hassanzada also added that the ministry for information and culture with keeping in mind the importance of public health is agreed with launching such television channel would provide necessary support in this regard.
Briefing on the programs of the company, the director general of Video Motion Picture said, “The proposed television would broadcast on Dari and Pashtu languages and all its staff and employees will be Afghans. Supporting the project, Nabi Farahi the deputy on tourism with the ministry for information and culture also called for launching joint tourism company of Afghan-India. He also added with keeping different climates in the two countries, tourism attraction and visiting thousands of Afghans to India for medical treatment and getting education and business, this company will provide facilities to the citizens of both the countries including visa, transport and hotel for accommodation.
