Gardiz (BNA) Nine Taliban rebels were killed in Paktia province yesterday.
Emal Momand acting for Thunder 203 army corps told BNA, the rebels were killed in an air strike of coalition forces in Sarkari region, Zormat District of the province.
According to another report a Taliban rebel has been detained with his weapons from Malik Shahi region, Barmal District, Paktika province.
Another report says, a group of Thunder 203 army corps discovered and defused 11 mines from outskirt of Paktia and Khost provinces.
