Kabul (BNA) Associate Prof. Sayeda Mojgan Mustafavi, Deputy Minister for Financial, Administrative and Tourism of Information and Culture praised Parwan and Samangan provincial directors for information and culture and Charikar mayor for their works in cultural and art affairs and granted them appreciation letters.
Provincial director of information and culture for Parwan Abdul Wahid Hashemi and Charikar mayor Khwaja Rohullah Sediqi were praised for their effort and hardworking during 5th Judas tree festival and granted appreciation letters of MoIC. While granting appreciation letters to the respective individuals, deputy minister of finance, administrative and tourism asserted that leading body of the ministry was praising Charikar mayor for holding the fifth Judas tree festival in the province.
