Acting Health Minister Unveils Database System for Private Health Sciences institutes


KABUL(BNA) In a significant milestone in healthcare management, Dr. Qalandar Ibad, Acting Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, inaugurated and handed over the operation of the private health sciences institutes’ database system.

During the meeting held for this occasion, Dr. Qalandar Ibad lauded the launch of the private health sciences institutes’ database section as a significant leap toward digitalization and healthcare enhancement nationwide. He extended gratitude to all involved in its development.

“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s leadership, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, is dedicated to fostering a healthcare environment that prioritizes citizen well-being and accessibility. Their ongoing efforts signal a promising commitment to advancing healthcare services for all Afghan citizens.” He further remarked.

Moreover, Dr. Ibad underscored the significance of monitoring and alignment with this system, stressing the crucial role of private health sciences institute officials in collaborating fully with the Ministry of Public Health to ensure seamless integration of this program.

It is noteworthy that the database system for private health sciences institutes was developed within six months. This system provides advancements in curriculum alignment, student enrollment, license distribution, transparency, and trust-building among citizens.
