Kabul (BNA) In presence of Dr. Sayed Makhddom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture a MoU was signed between Ministry of Information and Culture and ACTED Organization.
BNA correspondent reported, a function was held with participation of Semeen Hasanzadi deputy minister for publication affairs and some chairmen of Information and Culture Ministry, the MoU was signed by Temorshah Ishaqzai deputy minister for youth affairs of Information and Culture Ministry and chairman of ACTED organization.
In the ceremony, Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture said that as per the agreement, at the values of 1.8 million dollars 16 developmental centers and six training centers will be constructed for youths in Pashtonkot, Almar, Qaisar, Doulatabad, Khwaja Sabzposh, Sherentagab, Kohistan districts, and Maimana city capital of Faryab province.
Dr. Raheen while appreciating ACTEC organization said, training centers will be provided education facilities for hundreds of girls and boys in different fields of computer and makes them ready for entrance to the higher education institutions.
