President Karzai accepts credentials of new Czech ambassador to Afghanistan

Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai accepted the credentials of the new Czech ambassador, Miroslavo Kusek in a ceremony at the presidential palace the other day.
After the ceremony, the president and the new Czech ambassador to Afghanistan discussed further expansion of relations.  President Karzai called Czech Republic long-time friend of Afghanistan and thanked Czech for its assistance to Afghanistan and wished success for the ambassador during his mission in Afghanistan.
The ambassador said that his country is interested to cooperate in investment in development and especially in private sector in Afghanistan.  He added that during his mission he will strive towards further expansion of relation of cooperation between the two nations.  Dr. Zalmai Rassul Foreign Minister and Hameed Sedeeq head of protocol of the ministry were also present during the ceremony.
