Paroon (BNA) Nine armed Taliban militants were killed and six others were injured in recent clashes in Nooristan province last night.
The insurgents were targeted near During Line by security forces in Kamdish district.
The clashes occurred while assailants stormed on military convoy.
A senior border police commander in the east of the country told BNA, in the clashes nine Taliban were killed and six others were injured.
It is said that three Pakistani assailants were also among the dead.
He said in the conflicts, Taliban wanted to storm on security forces convoy which were targeted by security forces and killed.
It has been said, no any harm and losses suffered to security troops and residents in the clashes.
