Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Baghlan National Security forces rescued a child from clutch of kidnappers today.
Baghlan National Security Directorate's press office told BNA that the child has abducted two days ago from Arzan Qimat area of Kabul and transferred to Pul-e-Khumri.
He said that the child was rescued from the clutches of kidnappers as a result of a special operative operation by members of Baghlan National Security Directorate in Silo area of Pul-e-Khumri city.
Bismillah Atash, a member of Baghlan Provincial Council, praised the efforts of Baghlan national security personnel.
The perpetrators fled the scene and efforts are ongoing to identify and detain them.
