Ghazni City (BNA) A smuggler along with 25 kg narcotic drug type of heroin was arrested by counter-narcotic drug police personnel in central Ghazni province.
Farid Mashal police chief of Ghazni told BNA correspondent, Naqibullah resident of Qara Bagh district, Ghazni province who had plan to transfer 25 kg heroin abroad the country, which was arrested by counter-narcotic drug police personnel in Kabul-Kandahar highway.
