Five Villages Cleared Of Armed Insurgents

Kunduz City (BNA) Five villages have been cleared from the presence of armed insurgents in Aliabad district of Kunduz province. 
According to General Mohammad Zaman Waziri, commander of 209 Shaheen corps, the operation which was launched ten days ago by Afghan and NATO forces in Aliabad district five villages have been freed from the presence of armed Taliban insurgents. 
The source said the insurgents couldn’t resist and escaped the area and now the people are living in full security.
