Herat (BNA) Ten Taliban insurgents were joined security forces in Herat yesterday.
Abdul Ghafar Nooristani press in charge of Khas operation army corps told BNA, ten Taliban including Mullah Burhan leader of this group were given up violence in Chasht Sharif district and joined security and defense forces.
In the past few weeks, hundreds of armed Taliban have joined the government in Herat and Ghor provinces.
