Kabul (BNA) During the joint cleansing operation under the code name of Ghalib, 6 Taliban militants were killed including Mullah Jabar well-known commander of Taliban.
Col. Mohammad Mohsen Sultani Atal 205 national army press head told BNA, the operation conducted by joint forces on Arghandab, Shenkay, Seyori districts and Safa city of Zabul province and Maiwand and Mahrof districts of Kandahar province in which 6 Taliban were killed including Mullah Jabar Taliban deputy governor.
According to the source, in the operation two PK machine guns, a motorcycle were destroyed, sacks of explosives and 9 different kind of mines have been discovered and seized.
