KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Moscow, the capital of Russia, and considered it a blatant violation of all human values.
Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, has posted on his X handle that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns the recent terrorist attack in Moscow, Russia, claimed by ISIS, and considers it a blatant violation of all human values.
Balkhi adds, ISIS, which has targeted civilians in Afghanistan and other regions of the world, has once again clearly demonstrated with this incident that it is a group in the hands of (intelligence) organizations whose aim is to discredit Islam and pose a threat to the entire region.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged countries in the region to adopt a coordinated, clear, and decisive position in the face of such incidents that contribute to the instability of the region.
It has been reported that on Friday night, as a result of an armed attack on a concert hall in the capital of Russia, several people were killed and injured.
