Kunduz (BNA) a person who wanted to target Afghan forces in the Kunduz province was detained today. Abdul Khaliq has been detained with quantity of explosive materials by police in Kunduz province. Syeed Sarwar Hosaini spokesman police of Kunduz province said to BNA. This person is resident of Kunduz city, and wanted to target Afghan forces was detained by police. Investigation started from the arrested person.
