Kabul (BNA) At least four people lost their lives and seven more were wounded after a mortar shell hit on a residential house in eastern Laghman province the other day.
Asadullah Dawlat Zai spokesman of Laghman governor told BNA correspondent, the mortar shell hit on a residential house in relevant areas of Alishing district of the province, as a result four people including children lost their live and seven others were wounded.
