Kabul (BNA) Defense and security troops in the last 24 hours conducted joint offensive operations to eliminate armed insurgents in the outskirts of Paktia, Paktika, Ghazni, Zabul, Farah, Takhar, Kunduz and Helmand provinces as a result dozens of armed insurgents and Daesh fighters including 5 commanders of them were killed 21 wounded and 20 others were detained.
According to BNA the clearing operations carried out in the mentioned provinces to annihilate armed militants.
Likewise, another operation conducting by security forces in Poshtroad district, Farah province, killed 8 Taliban and wounded 18 others.
Meanwhile, a clearing operation launched by these forces in Darqad district, Takhar province in which 14 militants including 2 commander of them named Mawlavi Hakmatullah and Fazel Mohammad lost their lives and 17 others were injured.
During the operations, 11 ANA officials were also martyred.
