Afghanistan-Kazakhstan Hold 2nd Political Consultative Meeting

Kabul (BNA) The second round of political consultative meeting between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan was held in foreign affairs ministry here, yesterday.
Chaired by political deputy to foreign ministry, Hekmat Khalil Karzai and his Kazakhstan counterpart, Askar Mosinov, matters pertaining mutual cooperation was discussed. Khalil Karzai besides congratulating the Kazakhstan delegation over re-electing Noor Sultan Nazarbaiv as president of the that country also thanked that country for providing 1000 scholarships to Afghan students and training five Afghan experts on construction of railway and roads.
Describing Afghanistan as brotherly country, the head of Kazakhstan delegation said that his country attaches great importance to its relations with Afghanistan and holding such meetings would further close relations and expand cooperation between the two countries.
