Kabul (BNA) Six Taliban including a local commander were killed as result of a mine explosion.
It is said the victims wanted to plant the mine on the road to Naw-Bahar district of Zabul province.
Mohammad Jaan Rasoulyar deputy governor of Zabul told BNA, Taliban wanted to plant a roadside mine on Khalil-Kali area, which most civilian use the road for transportation.
Meanwhile, in another explosion of a mine 8 members of a family were killed in Saiwari district of Zabul province.
