Terinkot (BNA) With construction of a water supply network in Urozgan drinking water provided to hundred families.
The network was built within the framework of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Sahebzada Khail village in Terinkot city.
The network, with the help of solar energy, brings the water of the drilled wells to the reservoir and from there by the pipe lines distributes to every corners of this village.
An official from Uruzgan Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department told BNA that with the construction of the network, at least 300 families get access to safe drinking water for the first time.
The villagers are happy with the construction of this network and say that they have been suffering from diseases for years due to the use of dirty water.
