Taliban Sustained Heavy Casualties In Sar-e-Pul Latest Clashes

Sar-e-Pul (BNA) 14 armed Taliban were killed in latest clashes in Sar-e-Pul province yesterday.
The clashes occurred during an operation for retaking Sancharak district from Taliban, in which 17 armed insurgents were also wounded.
According to reports, security forces managed to retake several villages from Taliban in the clashes.
A national army commander of the province told BNA, in the clashes 14 insurgents lost their lives and 17 others wounded.
He said, there were no any harm and casualties incurred to security forces and residents in the clashes.
He added the operation continues there till complete clearance of the district from existence of insurgents.
