Charikar (BNA) Two people were lost their lives and at least two others were injured in a traffic accident in Salang in northern of the country.
The victims and wounded were all members of a family.
The family was reportedly on their way from Kabul to Mazar-e-Sharif when their car overturned in the Tajkan area of Jabul-Saraj district.
Abdul Manan Farooqi, in charge of traffic in Parwan, told BNA that two people were lost their lives and at least two others were injured in the accident.
The presence of ice on the road is said to have caused the car to slip and eventually overturn into the River.
