House of People Discusses 1390 Budget, Violent Incident On Ashura Day In Kabul University Dormitory

Kabul (BNA)  Chaired by Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi Speaker of the House of People the deputies condemned the incident of Ashura day in Kabul University that led to the death of one student and wounding of some other students and argued that such incidents are instigated by the enemies of solidarity and unity of the people of Afghanistan.
They added that the enemies of the people are always trying their best to create discord among the people of Afghanistan. 
The deputies also supported signing of the hanging of 16 criminals by President Karzai and asked the president to ensure implementation of the Sharia law and requested the judiciary organs to consider in their decisions the orders of Allah Almighty.
The deputies also heard a report of investing delegation led by Abdul Zahir Qadeer first secretary of the House of People in respect to the incident of Ashura Day in Kabul University dormitory. 
The report noted that non-implementation of the decree of the president in keeping away the educational foundations from politics, non-attention of the assigned commission on holding Ashura celebrations were instances incorporated into the report. 
In another part of the session the deputies reported on their provincial trips.
The House of People also discussed the accounts of 1390 budget presented by the financial commission and it was stated that around 26 organs had expended their development budget less than 50%.
