Six Armed Taliban Killed In Ghazni

Kabul (BNA) Six armed Taliban killed in the recent clashes in Ghazni province by Afghan forces.
These rebels were killed in a clash with Afghan forces in Andeer district of that province yesterday.
A number of other Taliban rebels have been arrested in this operation said the source.
Sayed Amir Shah Sadad Head of National Security Directorate of Ghazni told BNA, among the killed rebels a local commander them is included.
The killed commander leaded a number of terrorist attacks in the related areas of Andeer district.
According to the NSD head, these rebels wanted to carry out a number of terrorist attacks, targeted by Afghan forces before they launch the attacks.
Also the personnel of NSD reported from discovering of an explosive cache of armed Taliban in Ghazni province.
These explosive materials seized from a hideout of armed Taliban in Andeer district.
Hundreds Kg of explosive materials have been seized from this cache, said the Head of Ghazni NSD.
According to the report, Taliban planed to make suicide vest coats, bombs and mines from these explosives.
While discovering the cache, Taliban were not present in the area, said the source.
