SAR-E-PUL (BNA) Mohammad Yaqoob Abdul Rahman Eka, the governor of Sar-e-pul province, arrived in Balkhab district on Tuesday during a business trip.
On his visit, the governor of Sar-e-Pul was accompanied by some other local officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, according to Bakhtar News Agency correspondent.
The governor Abdul Rahman Eka visit Balkhab to assess the security and life situation of the displaced people who fled their houses due to the recent conflict, said reports.
On his visit, the governor supervised the security forces stationed in Balkhab and promised the residents of the district that their issues will be addressed soon.
