Kabul (BNA) Until president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan returns from a visit to United Kingdom, Marshal Mohammad Qasem Fahim, first vice president has been authorized to gesture as acting president.
In the decree, the president wished him further success in carrying out the assigned duties.
