Kabul (BNA) 49 armed oppositions were killed in Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) clearing operations during the last 24 hours in eight provinces of the country.
Ministry of Interior press office told BNA, the operations launched by (ANSF) in Laghman, Kunduz, Jawzjan, Kandahar, Zabul, Parwan, Kapisa and Helmand provinces, as a result of which 49 armed rebels were killed, an insurgent wounded and 15 others arrested following the operations.
Some war equipment, light and heavy weapons and ammunitions have been seized during the operations by ANSF.
