Liberty Printing Press New Director Introduced

Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Information and Culture introduced new director of the Liberty Printing Press Mohammad Zia Bumya to the institution’s employee here during a ceremony yesterday, BNA reported.
According to the agency, the ceremony which was held on this occasion, Acting Minister of Information and Culture and Deputy Minister on Youth Affairs introduced Bumya as experienced personality in media, hoping that he could do its best to improve the Liberty Printing Press’s services and to further widespread its activities. Meanwhile, MoIC’s Deputy Minister of Finance, Admin and Tourism Zardasht Shams wished the new director success in his career, hoping to make the printing press capable enough to compete the private printing presses across the country. Thanking the leadership of the Ministry of Information and Culture, the new director pledged to work in close cooperation with the printing press’s employees, using the available and technical resources, the agency said. The ceremony was also attended by MoIC media advisor and spokesman Haroon Hakimi, Khoday Nazar Hazrati head of Wolesi Jirga’s secretariat and a number of directors of MoIC and the Parliament, the agency added.
