JALALABAD CITY (BNA) As many as 82 fighters of Deash terrorist group along with their family’s members have been surrendered to Afghan national army troops in eastern Nangarhar province.
Ministry of national defense by releasing a statement issued BNA, the Deash fighters along with 51 women and 96 children have been surrendered to Afghan national army personnel in Acheen district of Nangarhar province.
96 Kalashnikovs, 5 pistols, 40 grenades, 3 communication means and some other light weapons have been seized from the surrendered terrorists, the statement added.
Since two weeks, 542 loyalists of Deash terrorist group along with their family members have been surrendered to Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) in various parts of Nangarhar province.
